The Dead Space reissue development team confirms that the upcoming game will come with big changes for the main character, Isaac Clarke.

While Isaac’s voice in the reissue will be given by Gunner Wright, the developers will continue to adhere to some good and established rules, which is why the first Dead Space is as good and ‘scary’ as it is today. During a recent live address by the development team, two rules were highlighted: Isaac will primarily speak only when being talked to, as well as the fact that Isaac will sometimes speak in a situation where he would feel strange if he kept silent. This should ensure that Isaac’s interaction with other people he meets on the Ishimura flagship seems more authentic and should ensure that players are even more ‘immersed’ in the game than they would otherwise be.

The decision regarding adherence to these rules should also greatly ensure that Isaac is not too talkative as this could definitely negatively affect the overall atmosphere. The developers have promised that Isaac will be silent as players explore the dark corridors of Ishimura in a reissue of Dead Space, which should mean that fatal encounters with scary monsters called “Necromorphs” will be just as scary and tense as they have been all these years, mostly in 2008, when the first Dead Space hit the market.

A Faithful Recreation of the Original Game

In addition to confirming the person who will give the voice to the main character, the developers from Motive Studio also showed some trailers to give fans an idea of what they, as a development team, are striving for. Based on the above, it appears that the re-release of Dead Space will be a faithful recreation of the original game, but with a significantly improved visual display to ensure that the game meets all the modern requirements of the latest generation of consoles. The re-release of Dead Space, which comes out exclusively for new generations of consoles, means developers will not have to hold back due to limitations that existed on PS4 or Xbox One consoles, which should help developers move graphics and other capabilities even further.

What is left entirely in the darkness of the dark corridors of Ishimura is the release date. Some rumors predict that a reissue of Dead Space could come out late next year. Others say it is too early.
